All of our play equipment is designed, manufactured and installed to meet ASTM,TUV,CE,ISO9001,EN1176. We have successful projects in domestic and overseas market.
1) What's your payment term ?
Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.
(2) How can I place order ?
Sign contract-- Pay deposit-- Production--Pay deposit--loading -- delivery
(3) What's your delivery time ?
It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 22 working days.
(4) Does your products has any certifcate ?
Yes, our products comply with Eu standard. But for indoor & outdoor playground, we don't have certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. So the certificate is always applied by our client considering the cost.
